Shipping

Skin Cool Center can only ship HAZMAT within the continental 48 states via surface transportation only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

Shipping Time Frame

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We make our best effort to process all orders within 24 hours. Weekend or holiday orders will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. We will ship your order by FedEx or UPS Ground. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on destination. Orders placed at the weekend are sent on Monday evening. Orders placed on a public holiday are sent the next working day.

Quality Assurance

Each order is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Should a problem arise with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can quickly correct it and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been scanned by the common carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.  In case following conditions are not met Skin Cool Center reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  •     The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
  •     Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  •     The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
  •     Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
  •     Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
  •     Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning package you need to contact us to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Items That Can't Be Returned
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Cryogen, as it is classified as hazardous material (HAZMAT).
Cancellations

After you have submitted your order, you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. However, we will do our best if the order has not already been shipped to try to assist you. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations made prior to shipment.

Signature Required

All cryogen orders we ship require signature on delivery for proof of delivery.
