Credit Cards
We currently accept most popular credit cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover for payment of online purchases. We also accept most debit cards, as they can be used just like a credit card.
PayPal
You may also select PayPal as your method of payment. In the check out, you will be directed to a page that allows you to:
- Log into your PayPal account, or
- Pay by credit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Discounts and Codes
We may feature promotional coupon and discount programs. Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code:
- On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code in the box "Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon"
- Click "Apply". If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.
- Only one coupon per purchase.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. You may sign in at SkinCoolCenter.com for your order history at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.
Tracking Your Order
When applicable a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive the information via email. You will also be able to log in at any time to view your order status.
Sales Tax
By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax for any orders shipped to a state in which we have a "physical presence". As such we currently collect sales tax for all sales in Virginia.
Hazardous Materials
Cryogen is classified as hazardous material. Due to Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping regulations, cryogen cannot be returned by a consumer for any reason.
Returns Policy
All hazardous materials are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.
Damaged or defective cryogen (HAZMAT) are eligible for replacement, however Cryogen should not be shipped back to skincoolcenter.com due to hazardous materials shipping regulations. Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note 'damaged' with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.
Refused Shipment
If you refuse a package upon delivery or your package is undeliverable due to customer error or oversight, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision.
